Prior to scheduling your
session, please read the following policies carefully.
Payment- A non-refundable
initial payment is required to book all photo sessions. The initial payment will vary based on the type of session and will go towards your total session fee. The balance will be due on the day of your session with the exception of Weddings and Events.
*Prices and fees are non-negotiable, initial payments are non-transferable!
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy -
Cancellations and Rescheduling must be made 48 hours in advance of your session date.
Each client is allowed one (1)
rescheduling credit if the 48 hour policy is followed. The rescheduled session must be within 2 weeks based on the Photographer's availability. Any additional request to reschedule will incur a $35 rescheduling fee. * Rescheduling due to weather or any other conditions will be determined
by Trust The Photography and will not count against your rescheduling credit.
Late Arrival/Departure - If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will incur a $25 late fee that will be added to the remaining balance of your session. The late fee and session fee will be collected upon arrival.
If you’re 30 minutes late for your 60 minute or 15 minutes late for your 30 minute session your appointment may be cancelled.
Editing /Turnaround - Basic retouching (skin smoothing & teeth whitening) is included with your session fee. Additional modifications must be requested during your photo session and may require an additional fee and editing time.
You will receive an email with a link to view your photo gallery 7-10 days after your photo session (with the exception of weddings and special requests). Prints must be ordered through our online gallery. When placing your order, you will have the option to either have the prints mailed to you (shipping fee will apply) or picked up. Once your prints/print products are ready for pickup/delivery, you will receive an email notification with instructions.
Rush processing will cost $100 for next day delivery. This applies to digital images and non-specialty prints. Image selections must be made immediately after the session.
Proofs from your session will be deleted once your selections are made. It is highly recommended to download all of your images as soon as your gallery is delivered. The gallery will expire 30 days after it is delivered unless arrangements are made between the client and Trust The Vision Photography.
Your digital images will be watermarked with our logo, to have the watermark removed from the images will cost $55.
Social Media Policy /
Photographer usage: We encourage posting of FINAL images on Social Media
provided Trust The Vision Photography is given photo credit. Unless specified in writing, clients give Trust TheVision Photography permission to use all images from your session (with or
without name identification) in all media formats for advertising and marketing
purposes. Clients are prohibited from altering the image (watermark removal, crop or apply photo filters). This is copyright infringement.
Printing: To maintain the highest quality image, Trust The Vision Photography will not provide a print release (unless approved prior to booking) for printing outside of Trust The Vision Photography or it's approved laboratories. Prints/Print products are sold separately and are not included in our packages.
Outdoor Sessions: If the outdoor location you're requesting is greater than 5 miles from our studio location, a travel fee will apply. The Federal rate for mileage is 54.5 cents/mile (round-trip).
If you are requesting photography/videography services outside of the CSRA (Augusta area), prior to booking your session, it must be discussed and approved by Management.
Studio Etiquette: Children must be accompanied by an adult that can care for them during the session. Due to safety measures, we’ve implemented, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your session unless approval is provided by Management.

Covid-19 Update *In an effort to keep our staff and clients safe, we ask that only the people who are being photographed plus 1 person to assist attend the photo session. All others will be asked to wait in the waiting room (if space permits) or in the vehicle.We ask that you reschedule your session if you’re not feeling well!!
